Venturing is a program for young adult's in the Boy Scouts of America. Both young men and women, age 14 (who have completed the eighth grade) through 20 years of age are eligible to be part of the program. Venturing is designed to build character, promote citizenship, and develop personal and mental fitness.

Venturing is very open ended and only the Guide to Safe Scouting and the imaginations of the Ventures limit activities. Voluntary association with adults is a key element of the Venturing program.

Crew 131's primary focus is with activities that the Crew members identify that are of interest to them. The youth members of the crew take an active role by serving in leadership positions and are expected to run the crew. 

Our program is what we want it to be! We plan and organize our activities and trips. We usually have 1 outing a month. If you are interested, send us an e-mail and let us know!
